Gold Clay Products

There are several options for adding the allure of gold to your metal clay and jewelry projects. Each has specific working properties and advantages.

The PMC brand offers a 22K gold clay and a 22K gold paint. The lump clay is used very much like silver clay and has it's own unique working properties. The 22K gold paint is a product that is painted onto unfired or finished silver pieces and is fired in a kiln or with a torch.

The Art Clay brand offers a 22K gold paste that can be kiln or torch fired.

We also carry the only 24K gold paint available, Accent Gold for Silver by Jewelry Material Innovations. This wonderful product is pure 24K gold and is very easy to use and can be torch or kiln fired.

This product is 91.7% gold and 8.3% fine silver.

Uses This version can be used to craft any type of item, but because of the softness of the material, is not advisable to use for rings or unprotected components. The best use of this form is for small embellishments to be added to silver clay work. 22K gold clay can be thinned and used as a paste.
Workability PMC Gold is very dense and will feel stiff compared to other PMC versions. 22K Gold can be fired along with regular PMC.
