Surfactant breaks surface tension on metal in preparation for enamels. After surfactant has been applied, it allows the enamel to deliver a more consistent look. Use is as easy as wiping on and wiping it off before enamel application.

"Item was packaged in a small zip lock bag and then an open bag. Whoever packaged it didn't tighten the cap and it was all over the zip lock bag which was not sealed either. Will not buy again."
