"Been using a plastic barrel for years. And what a PLEASURE it is to have purchased this one. I don’t hear it! Why I didn’t do it sooner is beyond me. Easy to put together. Doesn’t stick while tumbling and sooooo veryyy quiet. Oh and Cool Tools is pretty cool. Quick ship. Love this store."

Machine overheated within 10 minutes.
"Machine overheated within 10 minutes. Even when I ran it with a small amount of shot and water it was a hazard. I cannot imagine running it for hours. Very disappointed in the machine. However, the customer service was excellent in helping me return the unit."

Everything I want in a
"Everything I want in a tumbler used for metal clay. It's so much quieter than my old model (14 years old). I had to replace it because it was dropped too many times, but it's motor was still running so attests to the great quality construction of Lortone."

Lortone Tumbler - a good investment
"This is my first tumbler and I am very pleased with it. So far, it has done a great job of burning larger pieces such as cuff bracelets and very tiny earring components. I sealed the rubber with a flat can of coke as recommended so hopefully that will prolong the barrel's longevity. It's much quieter than I anticipated. The lack of a timer isn't a problem because I just use the one in my phone."
