Use to make a dimple for drilling a hole in fired metal clay and metal sheet. The dimple guides the drill so it does not skate away when turning.Place the point of the hooked jaw at the exact spot you wish to drill. Squeeze pliers to create a dimple

The ergonomic design requires little force. The hooked jaw allows easy reach into tight spots. Recommended for soft or annealed metals 24 gauge or lighter and any thickness of metal clay that can fit into the jaws.

Make the dimple on the flat or non-textured side of a metal clay piece for easier drilling.
