Our No-Flake Firing Foil kit includes is a special alloy that does not spall at extreme temperatures, so there's no mess and no flaking. If you are firing bronze or copper clay, steel clay, sterling silver clay that requires carbon, heat sensitive stones or Accent Silver you will need to fire in carbon to protect the articles from oxidation. No-Flake Firing Foil allows you to customize the size of your firing container and fire your wares safely and without a mess.

• 2 Sheets 12" x 12" No-Flake Firing Foil
• 1lb Coconut Activated Carbon
• Instructions

Tool List:

• 1 roll No-Flake Firing Foil
• 12" metal ruler
• Wide wooden burnisher (the wedge from a ring clamp is perfect)
• Small ball burnisher or ball point pen to scribe
• Household scissors

• Wash skin after handling carbon
• Avoid breathing dust or fumes, we recommend using a dust mask
• Wear eye protection, may can cause eye irritation
• Use in a well ventilated area
