This finding is excellent to fire in place. Prepare with Silver-Prep, then embed the tube end in metal clay before firing to have a completely custom clasp. (Remove tab, jumprings and spring ring before firing since they do not need to be fired in place.) For a sterling chain, solder a .8mm chain into the tube.
