Miniature Mandrel - Split - 3/32" Shank

Split mandrel for use with 3M polishing paper, Scotchbrite, and other papers. 3/32" shank.

A split mandrel is used to hold a strip of sandpaper or other material for sanding and polishing inside a ring shank, bracelet or other surface.
