Use light gauge copper with metal stamping tools, as a base for metal clay and decorative metal stampings and castings. 24 gauge.

What is oxygen and phosphorous free copper?
Oxygen free copper is considered a better choice for enameling over standard copper. The metal is heated and fabricated in an oxygen-free atmosphere to avoid introducing oxygen into the final product. This allows for less oxidation during enamel firing, and therefore less firescale to deal with.
